GRACE UPON GRACE.

Prologue :

Is it not by GRACE that we live? During our end of year festival 8th December in Lagos, recognise that we live, not because we are smart or that we eat good food, or that we  have the best of medjcare,  but we live  rather  because God  is gracious to us. Read on and remain thankful for many have gone not prepared. .

GRACE UPON GRACE.

(MESSAGE TO CELEBRATE MIRACLE VALLEY TRIPPLE FESTIVAL DECEMBER 2019.)

Grace and love of God has seen us so far.

Lead Reading:

“And of his fulness have all we received, and grace for grace.” (John 1 : 16 ). KJV.

“From the fullness of his grace we have all received one blessing after another.” (John 1 : 16 ). NIV.

God is ready to fill, satisfy, complete all our lawful needs through the Gospel we have heard. God in His fullness has no empty space at in us all, there is always  His goodness through His love. We can do all lawful things through Christ.

Because of this we fall and get up,  even where many could not get out. Seeing this tremendous love the apostle said :

“For this thing I besought the Lord thrice, that it might depart from me. And he said unto me, My grace is sufficient for thee: for my strength is made perfect in weakness. Most gladly therefore will I rather glory in my infirmities, that the power of Christ may rest upon me. (2 Corinthians 12 : 8 – 9).

The Word grace means ‘favour’ and expanding it further, it is favour ‘unmerited’. We have received much than we deserved, because Jesus favour is abounding. Amen.

SO AT THIS SEASON I GREET ALL OF YOU THUS:

“To the saints and faithful brethren in Christ,  which are at Colosse (NIGERIA): Grace be unto you, and peace, from God our Father and the Lord Jesus Christ.” (Colossians1 : 2 ). AMEN.

That you may continue to overcome the weight of tribulations that trouble you, because of the faith we have in Jesus Christ.

Remembering that we are at the home of the chief priest of our salvation, we have the Lord Jesus Christ,  who gives to those who come to Him grace upon grace. The New International Version  (NIV), speaks of “blessing after another”. All of these not withstanding the thorns you bear in your flesh.

His Word is our authority ” His fulness”, has  no space for unfulfilled lawful desires for His people. So we are gathered here today to put together our requests, before the Father, hopefully we shall go home satisfied.

That in the years ahead, we may continue to remember this moment or any time we read this script the blessings of His grace will be fresh in our lives again, Amen.

“He that goeth forth and weepeth, bearing precious seed, shall doubtless come again with rejoicing, bringing his sheaves with him.” (Psalm 126 : 6).

As we Labour in the Lord and often encounter obstacles,  remember Paul’s encouragement “…..my strength is made sufficient in weakness”.

Grace sees all people  of Faith through. You have laboured in His vineyard, you may have passed through difficult waters and today we can  sit before the Father for His grace upon grace. The grace that saw us to today, is sufficient to see us through difficult times ahead and able to satisfy all our needs. God is the strength of  the helpless. Amen.

“For all the promises of God in him are yea, and in him Amen, unto the glory of God by us.” (2 Corinthians 1 : 20).

Let us remain assured.

If you are  here today,  without this faith in you,  let me remind you that we are here to receive his faithful promises. Your only obligation is to ask God to visit you here now  in his love, He had packaged blessings and may His favour shine on all of us Amen. Receive your Divine impartation in Jesus name Amen.

We  have grace upon grace, full of grace and according to needs and lawful wants.

4:14 Seeing then that we have a great high priest, that is passed into the heavens, Jesus the Son of God, let us hold fast our profession.

4:15 For we have not an high priest which cannot be touched with the feeling of our infirmities; but was in all points tempted like as we are, yet without sin.

4:16 Let us therefore come boldly unto the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy, and find grace to help in time of need. Hebrews 4 : 14 – 16.

Our tears have fully come to the Lord. We have a high priest, the chief shepherd,  who has milk of kindness, and our tears bring him to compassion. God saw all the tears you shed or share,  I am assured He is able for you and me. AMEN.

THIS SONG RAISES MY HOPE FURTHER :

************

“There  shall be joy in the morning. (2ce)

Child of God cry no more.

There shall be joy in the morning.”

***********

The night is fast passing away and the morning is fast approaching. Jehovah Shalom !

There shall be joy in the morning.

TODAY is a day of continuos praise. Even as we go our ways today and in the years to come,  let praise continue to be our spring board. This is the only thing the faithfuls give to God “PRAISE”.

A MIRACLE VALLEY END OF YEAR SERMON TO THE INMATES OF THE HOUSE OF GOD.
