WHY ALL THE PANDEMONIUM?

My greetings :

Good morning Christian friends. I bring to you good tidings of great joy,  that you continue in your great faith irrespective  of mounting persecution. God will grant you great grace to follow Him unto the end. May the Lord keep shielding you under this mounting persecution at a time like this in Jesus name.

These issues are signs of the end and may we  all meet safe, at the other bank of the river Amen.

PREAMBLE  :

Christianity brought in a sword, to separate people across the world. Even in families, we have evil people and good people. The evil ones will, hate the good ones. So in a global perspective, there are two worlds : a world of those who serve Jehovah in truth, ( Judaists and Christians as a block) and all other faiths as one block. The other block appear polarised against the worshippers of Jehovah in different levels of acrimony.

Christianity speaks of love and hates no faith, even though christians will not take the way of other faiths.

THE MESSAGE :

The Mount Olivet Discourse spoke of the Beatitudes, where Christ listed the blessedness on His followers for some specific life conditions in their lives, and a second part spoke about their persecution for a life of Faith.

THE BEATITUDES :

We shall deal with  issues of Blessedbess,   in Matthew 5 : 1 -9 as follows :

5:1 And seeing the multitudes, he went up into a mountain: and when he was set, his disciples came unto him:

5:2 And he opened his mouth, and taught them, saying,

5:3 Blessed are the poor in spirit: for theirs is the kingdom of heaven.

5:4 Blessed are they that mourn: for they shall be comforted.

5:5 Blessed are the meek: for they shall inherit the earth.5:6 Blessed are they which do hunger and thirst after righteousness: for they shall be filled.

5:7 Blessed are the merciful: for they shall obtain mercy.

5:8 Blessed are the pure in heart: for they shall see God.

5:9 Blessed are the peacemakers: for they shall be called the children of God. (Matthew 5 : 1 – 9).

The peacemakers, the pure in heart, the merciful etc. are blessed people.

THE QUESTION OF PERSECUTION

Note how  Jesus, flashed the light on persecution from Matthew  5 : 10 :

5:10 Blessed are they which are persecuted for righteousness’ sake: for theirs is the kingdom of heaven.

5:11 Blessed are ye, when men shall revile you, and persecute you, and shall say all manner of evil against you falsely, for my sake.

5:12 Rejoice, and be exceeding glad: for great is your reward in heaven: for so persecuted they the prophets which were before you. (Matthew 5 : 10 – 12).

You have  seen the purity of life that will be in the lives of the followers of Christ in Matthew 5 : 1 – 9, for which course they will be persecuted as mentioned by Christ in .Matthew 5 : 10  and 12.

However, Christ told those who are persecuted to count their gains in the following verse12.

So what is all this pandemonium about people rising against those who worship in the Christian faith? You will recognise that people who do this do not know the Lord.

In John 12:40  Jesus said “He hath blinded their eyes, and hardened their heart; that they should not see with their eyes, nor understand with their heart, and be converted, and I should heal them. (John 12 : 40).

In some respects God allows people to go deeper in sins to receive full punishment for their sins. They run into God’s hand who denies them some aspects of His salvation.

John the divine spoke about spiritual blindness on who that hateth his brother . All men are brothers and those who hate the clean way of Christ and violently hate those  who go  after His way  are all enemies of God.

Note :

2:11 But he that hateth his brother is in darkness, and walketh in darkness, and knoweth not whither he goeth, because that darkness hath blinded his eyes. (1 John 2 : 11).

This message is meant to offer you strong hope. IF YOU have lived in the precepts of Christ as given in Matthew 5 : 1- 9  and  is  persecuted there from , you should count yourself blessed as in  Matthew 5 : 10,12.

PERSECUTION AS OLD TIME RECORD.

Persecution of the righteous is not a new phenomenon, but God has promised to deliver His people.

Even though some have been killed, Jesus said “they did same to some of the prophets of old.”

Note what the book of Isaiah says in Chapter  57:

57:1 The righteous perisheth, and no man layeth it to heart: and merciful men are taken away, none considering that the righteous is taken away from the evil to come. (Isaiah 57 : 1).

The final  part of that verse says : “the righteous is taken from the evil to come.” God might  take some away because He does not want them to see the evil ahead.

God is not slack in His promises to bless those who love His Word, neither is God slack to bring down judgement on those who treat their brothers in brutality.

MAY GOD BLESS YOU FOR ENCOURAGING YOURSELF THROUGH THIS WORD AND REMAIN SAFE IN  CHRIST, DOING THE RIGHT THINGS ALL THE TIME. AMEN.
