POWER OF ONE MIND.

The children of Noah after the flood were   of one mind , so they were united in building the Tower of Babel and the Lord God said,  “nothing will be difficult for them to do.” They failed, because their ambition was faulty before the Lord.

Read Genesis 11 : 6 – 9.

The early disciples were of one mind and the church grew daily as they owned all things in common. Read Acts  2 : 40 – 47.

Christians are encouraged to speak the same thing one to another. In other words the gospel should not be divided. The truths, even in personal life should be told to each other.

Jesus prayed that His followers should be united as He and His Father are one.

Read  John 10 : 30.

Are we united as Christians. The greatest single disobedience of believers today is the sin of “not being of one mind”, when this is present, there is hatred in cold covering.

But today Christians are divided and and even waging denominational wars against  themselves. Is the gospel, of  Christ divided,  going by what He said in “The Commission – teaching them to observe all things I have told you?”

Read  from Matthew:

28:19 Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost:28:20 Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you always, even unto the end of the world. Amen. (Matthew 28 : 19 – 20)

This is the singular message for all believers worldwide,  no shifting , no adding and  no reducing.

But today the different denominations are building their separate Towers of Babel. Are denominations separate Empires in the fold of Christ?

THE CHURCH HAS BEEN WEAKENED.

The Church has been greatly, weakened and cannot stand the opposing faiths. Some leaders are talking of their many aircrafts, they talk of how many mansions they have, the large personal bank accounts, or of the church itself and some talk of the numerical size of their  church, but they  talk less of many sheep, who have joined the cult – tagged churches or  the money Gospel crusaders, because there are no shepherds.

To me many servants of God are in danger of judgement, because of the  great departures, which has weakened the power and prophetic stance of the church of Jesus Christ and the soul saving mandate, which was given to  the church  at  Christ’s ascension.

So the church is assaulted by killers and God is watching us.

ARE WE ON ONE COMMISSION AND THE ONE MIND THAT SHOULD GO WITH IT?

Has the Church failed to be of one mind towards the UNIVERSAL GOSPEL, and preferred mammom,  because the leaders and their catechumen or  inmates are hungry people? God forbid. I guess we have refused to eat true food and be filled. Children of God are not hungry people.

Today christians are complaining about their colonisation by some faiths. We cry of nations that were once Christians, but are now in the  other faiths. Let men know that God had  told the church in Laodicea   ” you are neither cold or warm, unless you repent I will spew you out”.

Read Revelation 3 : 14 – 19.

Today people talk more of money than clear cut out spirituality. Na dem sabi !

Let you as a Christian not aid those who are falling away, because you are attached to them and therefore curry their sins.

The Seven  Churches in Asia had hard time with this gospel.  Many of them never repented and God rejected them. Today many of us have a huge cry over the churches in Asia. Is our time not of the same, as spoken in that Universal Message,  which spreads to contemporary times?

Today the churches are going to several directions, with new doctrines through   misinterpeting and misapplication of  the written Word of God to suit themselves.

The Nicolaitans held the doctrine of interwedding , adultery and fornication in the early Church.

What happened to them, or is happening now   to their types?

Do we not have churches today, where the leadership practice the doctrine of the Nicolataines and Balaam?

IS THE CHURCH GROWING TODAY?

In my understanding the church is not growing because of  sheer size of denominations and the numbers in them.. God is selecting His children, from that size and the rest are mere skeletons of empty worshippers. Do not be surprised to hear me say so in  this sermon of first sunday of May 2021.

A WORD FROM MY ANCESTORS

You should note this and censor yourself  and or  the denomination, which you have planted.

My late father gave me this historic record :

IN THOSE DAYS WHEN A GOAT GOT LOST IN  THE CLAN PEOPLE WERE CALLED OUT TO TAKE INDIVIDUAL OATHS BEFORE THE GOD OF THE LAND AND SAY ” I AM NOT INVOLVED.” WHEN IT CAME TO OUR OWN  KINDRED, ONE PERSON TOOK  THE OATH ON BEHALF OF ALL OTHERS.

 MY FATHER CONTINUED AND SAID : “BUT AS TIME PASSED ON SOME LEFT HANDED PEOPLE EMERGED AMONG OUR KINDRED PEOPLE.”

THEREFORE IN SIMILAR CASES IN THE CLAN,  EACH PERSON IN OUR  KINDRED, HAD TO TAKE THE OATH FOR HIMSELF.

Therefore, let each person exempt himself from the current development in the church, because the days are evil.

Christ’s return is soon awaited and only those who do His will, will be caught up in the clouds.

Read 1 Thessalonians 4 : 15 – 18.

DO NOT BE A CASUALTY.

Notes these truths :

(1) No man gives himself salvation.

(2) No man scores himself in a written examination.

(3)  No man also sets an examination  for himself.

(4) No one sets rules to govern others and which is not himself.

We must run the race according to the set  rules and let God the righteous judge give the verdict Amen.
