DID GOD CHANGE HIS WORD?

And God said I change not.

3:6 For I am the LORD, I change not; therefore ye sons of Jacob are not consumed.

(Malachi 3 : 6).

Surely , God remains unchangeable in His promises to men, unchangeable in the flow of His anointing which empowers men to work for Him, and unchangeable in His ordained gifts for service.

We are surviving today,  because God is in His few  people , the remnant are covered by God’s overflowing grace among the faithful.

I craved to say the topic of this sermon is crucial,  for many may have forgotten about the power of old and are drawn to search for other grounds which invariably are sinking  sand.

That power is still there and God wants us to humble our selves and stoop down return to  Him and lift that power and move forward.

Get back to the basics. Some call people, who swerve not left or right as “old time religion”, but no one can modernise God.  Old  time religion goes with He power of Old, which we are crying for today. We must return to God if we have to experience that power of old.

It  remains our eternal heritage. I pray that we will be revived to walk and work in that power of old again. Take a back look of the way our forerunners of old ( Elijah, Jeremiah), walked with God. They did not go here and there looking for power, they were consistent,  enduring and obedient and  in the time of need God descended. We can return to their example.

As a man of God ministered in a PFN revival I attended yesterday (18 Nov. 2023),  at Agiliti Mile 12, it was laid in my heart : God is saying , I have not changed but the congregation has changed”.

God says His power is still in the midst of  His children.

God is asking His children to return.

Where will the holy Ghost dwell when some hearts are not born again , some absent from church any how, some attend church worship to see friends and some may attend church worship twice a month.

Some are overshadowed  by pride in the house of God. Some servants of God have not led the congregation in humility.,God will not be in a proud heart.

The power of old, while not withdrawn,  will not manifest in the lives of many. AMEN.

LET US RETURN AGAIN

Joel 2:13

And rend your heart and not your garments.”

Now return to the Lord your God,

For He is gracious and compassionate,

Slow to anger, abounding in lovingkindness

And relenting of evil.

Hosea 14:1

Return, O Israel, to the Lord your God,

For you have stumbled because of your iniquity.

Zechariah 1:3

Therefore say to them, ‘Thus says the Lord of hosts, “Return to Me,” declares the Lord of hosts, “that I may return to you,” says the Lord of hosts.

Nehemiah 1:9

but if you return to Me and keep My commandments and do them, though those of you who have been scattered were in the most remote part of the heavens, I will gather them from there and will bring them to the place where I have chosen to cause My name to dwell.’

THE POWER OF WALKING AWAY HAS KEPT BACK OUR UNION WITH GOD.

PRAYER :

Lord I will  return to you.

May the old time gifts return to me, May God help me to be more committed again Amen.
