AS THE EARTH REMAINETH ?
“While the earth remaineth, seedtime and harvest, and cold and heat, and summer and winter, and day and night shall not cease.” Genesis 8 : 22).
Note also :
“In the same vein wickedness and evil in the minds of men will not cease.”
(1) The “truth” is turned into a lie and as “lie” becomes the truth,
(2) there is decay when the people begin to deny “justice” in the land and build towers of “injustices,”
(3) there is decay when a nation’s high towers are places to celebrate “sin” and rejoice in them.
(4) there is decay when “holiness” before the Lord becomes a “taboo” to the people ; and
(5) also when to acquire “unrighteous mammon” is prefered, by whatever means : whether by bloodshed, cultism, or robbery, and unholy rituals, it is painfully wrong and spells dangers untold.
WHEN THESE ARE ON THE WAY, NOTE THERE ARE DIVINE VENGEANCE ON THE WAY.
THERE WILL BE DIVINE VISITATION.
When the people of Sodom and Gomorrah lusted over unrighteosness, they prepared for the themselves, a road for destruction. And when the time came they also carried their lusts on to the angels that came to destroy their land.
WHAT SHOULD THE PEOPLE OF GOD DO ?
God is not slack to exact justice, neither is He ignorant about the decadence of the nation and her people..
Someone said that the big boys are no longer afraid of death, and this is because they do not know what is behind the curtain after death. They are more concerned with the name making and the wealth that follows it. They mock God’s word.
We hear and read, that hell is a place of suffering, but what the nature of that suffering is, are not totally revealed to any man.
BUT FROM THE LITTLE WHICH IS REVEALED :
(1) We know it is a place of burning fire
(2) We know it is a place of decay, where even the worms of decay are not consumed by fire
(3) We know it is a place where the inmates do not die, so that they may forget their pains.
(4) We know that the condition in hell is for everlasting.
THIS IS THE TIME FOR EVANGELISM.
The end of the Age is at sight, but Jesus had said :
“And this gospel of the kingdom shall be preached in all the world for a witness unto all nations; and then shall the end come.” (Matthew 24 : 14).
Note that many will not only suffer for their acts of unrighteousness after death , but many will see the anger of God here before they die.
He that reads or hears should save a soul by sharing. You and me, might be held accountable for failure to warn the people through messages as this.
Note this and go to Ezekiel 3 :
3:17 Son of man, I have made thee a watchman unto the house of Israel: therefore hear the word at my mouth, and give them warning from me.
3:18 When I say unto the wicked, Thou shalt surely die; and thou givest him not warning, nor speakest to warn the wicked from his wicked way, to save his life; the same wicked man shall die in his iniquity; but his blood will I require at thine hand. (Ezekiel 3 : 17 – 18)
We must save our people one on one. You may not go to the high echelons to do this, but start from your environment ( church) your kinsmen and friends, and some one will carry it higher.
God is not interested that any man may perish, but is happy that many may be saved. For that reason Christ died.
THERE IS NO BETTER TIME FOR PRAYERS
THAN NOW.
“For wheresoever the carcase is, there will the eagles be gathered together. (Matthew 24 : 28).
We see from the events around us the building of disaster. Let no man say, “I am not involved.” Let no one who is eating out of the national decadence say : “after all, it is my opportunity,”
God is coming in vengeance against sin, when all acts of ungodliness, when those who are eating or have eaten and those who have not eaten, will still be hungry.
Let us pray for our land.
God will separate the wheat from the chaff as soon as these acts of decadence are completed. He is still giving many the chance for repentance .
Note this :
Make sure you do not eat out of the accursed things floating around, for those who hook themselves onto them will be brought to judgement on the day of rewards when God will punish the unrighteous and recompense the faithful people.
Let us Pray :
God have mercy on our people and save our land. I cry to thee Lord for many are not aware of the consequences. Save us Lord Amen.
