What hatred cannot do,  love will do very complete and beautifully. Therefore Christ said : 

 “Behold, I send you forth as sheep in the midst of wolves: be ye therefore wise as serpents, and harmless as doves.” (Matthew 10 : 16). 

As a child of God note the instruction of Jesus,  because haters are on the prowl.

THE PROLOGUE :

NOTES :

Because Abraham loved Lot, God revealed the situation in Sodom to Abraham and thus extracted  Lot and his family out of that land before Sodom was consumed..

Because God loved Noah , He remembered Noah in the ark. These are things which hatred cannot do.

Because God loves us  He gave us Jesus and also  sent to us the Holy Ghost to lead us today. Hate cannot do this.

Because you loved that Lady or man you both came together as husband and wife. Enemies will rarely marry each other.

Therefore :

To my friends in social media , let us know that God is remembering us also. because of the love we have on one another.

God is remembering us also,  because some one is somewhere interceding for us out of love.

Let us keep the fire of this love and note herein that God  might be favouring us because of  our love for each other. He does not want to break our bond.

THE QUALITIES OF HATE AND LOVE

Hate goes with jealousy, envy , animosity, covetousness, murder, every level of immorality,   acrimony, false witnessing and crippling poverty etc.

Therefore reject hate if you desire long life.

But, love goes with joy. selflessness, holiness, a giving spirit, genuine and God-sent prosperity, divine wisdom and long life etc. Let us therefore  covet love I.e pursue all the virtues of love.

NOW THE MESSAGE  HERE TODAY.

Title: ” What Hate cannot Do ! “.

Scriptures reveal  to us:

“For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. (John 3:16).

Hatred cannot do this , only love would do this. Read the following Scripture :

“Who, being in the form of God, thought it not robbery to be equal with God:

” But made himself of no reputation, and took upon him the form of a servant, and was made in the likeness of men: (Philippians 2 : 6 – 7).

It is love that took Jesus to the cross of Calvary. I do not  know the man who will want to die for an enemy. If you consider what enemies do on those they hate you will be amazed to see the real colour in Jesus. He left all the bliss of heaven to come to earth. He put aside His God nature to take the nature of man.  otherwise He could have not died on the cross.

Love builds, the spirit of love finds room for intercession.

Hatred destroys , hatred thrives with curses and will rarely bless those hated.

Love promotes economic growth and development within nations and across to other nations,  but hatred retards mutual cooperation , expansion and positive  strategic thinking.

No nation is made great by hatred in its kingdom . Such nations end up tearing themselves apart.

When the Moabites , the children of Ammon and Mount Seir   rose against Jehoshaphat, was it not out of hatred? What happened to them.? They all perished.

Haters are moving gradually to perdition.

THE GREAT COMMANDMENT.

Read in Matthew:

22:36 Master, which is the great commandment in the law?

22:37 Jesus said unto him, Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind.

22:38 This is the first and great commandment.

22:39 And the second is like unto it, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself.

22:40 On these two commandments hang all the law and the prophets. (Matthew 22 : 36 – 40).

Jesus preached that we should love God and our neighbour as  cardinal values. Hatred definitely signifies lovelessness.

So what will happen to haters of all dimensions? They will surely be painfully destroyed even those who hate God.

Read this also  in Exodus :

20:5 Thou shalt not bow down thyself to them, nor serve them: for I the LORD thy God am a jealous God, visiting the iniquity of the fathers upon the children unto the third and fourth generation of them that hate me;

20:6 And shewing mercy unto thousands of them that love me, and keep my commandments. (Exodus 20 : 5 – 6).

Those who hate God will surely hate their neighbours and God in His awesome nature will destroy them not only in this life, but eternally in hell hereafter.

Some people say when they die they perish. Such thinking equates human beings to beasts. But we must know that God made man in His image  : Gen. 1:27  “So God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them.”

1:28 And God blessed them, and God said unto them, Be fruitful, and multiply, and replenish the earth, and subdue it: and have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over every living thing that moveth upon the earth. (Genesis 1 : 27 – 28).

Therefore man does not perish at death,  but is prepared thenceforth, for eternal life either in heaven or hell.  Where to end this life  is  a personal choice.

To wave this aside is the greatest personal deception. Those who do not believe in God’s word are in the list of haters and God’s word has settled their cases already. Haters  can do anything,  but God’s plan is that all should be saved , no exceptions,  except those who reject the eternal program.

Read this from 1 Timothy :

2:4 Who will have all men to be saved, and to come unto the knowledge of the truth

2:5 For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus;

2:6 Who gave himself a ransom for all, to be testified in due time. (1 Timothy 2 : 4 – 6).

A RELIGION OF HATE IS FUTILE

7:12 Therefore all things whatsoever ye would that men should do to you, do ye even so to them: for this is the law and the prophets. (Matthew 7 : 12).

The doctrine of love is the most powerful sermon ever preached and it came from the mouth if Jesus. He has set the standard,  which no.man should break but should try to follow.

Do to people the things you would wish them do to you. If you desire to kill , will you desire that people should kill you?  Note God’s verdict in this respect :

“Whoso sheddeth man’s blood, by man shall his blood be shed: for in the image of God made he man.”( Genesis 9 : 6).

Those who fear God, should note this. If any man is doing  evil out of hatred, note that God’s verdict is final. Also such a person will also end in hell fire,  on the last day after receiving  first the punishment he/she deserves  on physical earth.

EMBRACE LOVE AND NOT HATE

Read:

(1) 13:34 A new commandment I give unto you, That ye love one another; as I have loved you, that ye also love one another.( John13 :34).

(2) 14:15 If ye love me, keep my commandments.(John 14 : 15).

(3) 14:21 He that hath my commandments, and keepeth them, he it is that loveth me: and he that loveth me shall be loved of my Father, and I will love him, and will manifest myself to him. (John 14 : 21).

Finally love and never hate your enemies.

5:44 But I say unto you, Love your enemies, bless them that curse you, do good to them that hate you, and pray for them which despitefully use you, and persecute you; (Matthew 5 : 44).

This divine command here is the highest standard of life. It is also the most difficult thing to do. Therefore love the wicked one, . but deal with them with wisdom. because they may never change their skin:

“Behold, I send you forth as sheep in the midst of wolves: be ye therefore wise as serpents, and harmless as doves.” (Matthew 10 : 16).
