We should worry about whether we would make heaven. The time to eternity draws nearer each day for every man.
Caveat :
Worry not therefore, for those things that will not follow us to eternity, if we do, they are entirely futile exercises. We must embrace a paradigm shift. now in all shades of worries on earth. Position yourself for heaven in all your worties for the material things shall be left behind.

Mary and Martha loved Christ, but when Christ visited them Martha was busy caring for what the Lord will eat, but Mary sat at the feet of Christ listening to Christ’s Word.
Do.not forget that Christ is that Word, and Mary chose that Word and was more worried to hear them.
Martha complained to Jesus.
Follow the story:
10:38 Now it came to pass, as they went, that he entered into a certain village: and a certain woman named Martha received him into her house.
10:39 And she had a sister called Mary, which also sat at Jesus’ feet, and heard his word.
10:40 But Martha was cumbered about much serving, and came to him, and said, Lord, dost thou not care that my sister hath left me to serve alone? bid her therefore that she help me.
10:41 And Jesus answered and said unto her, Martha, Martha, thou art careful and troubled about many things:
10:42 But one thing is needful: and Mary hath chosen that good part, which shall not be taken away from her.( Luke 10 : 38 – 42).
What was the good part which Mary had chosen? Mary had chosen the Word of life. Give time to the Word and find time for other things. Christ required us to seek first the kingdom.
THE CRUST OF OUR SALVATION.
This message speaks of salvation, which many are not worried towards. Salvation should be total and not one sided. Some believe that giving to the needy is all in all.
Giving is prescribed by Christ in Luke 6 : 38. as very essential. Never neglect giving. Martha was doing an essential thing. however, but did not create time to hear the Word. Both are complementary. Take the case of Tabitha or Dorcas in the book of Acts:
9:36 Now there was at Joppa a certain disciple named Tabitha, which by interpretation is called Dorcas: this woman was full of good works and almsdeeds which she did. (Acts 9 : 36).
Tabitha or Dorcas was a disciple added with charitable gifts. This was and is the climax of life on earth.
God gave Christ.and we know He is the biggest of givers.. God is the biggest evangelist for souls and gave Christ to win the souls of lost humanity. That giving was clothed in love and His Word.
However, to neglect knowledge of God’s Word, which makes us to obey the Lord and live righteously could cost a person his salvation.
We should give always out of knowledge and when we do so we may discover whether we never gave all through knowledge
In fact being a giver based on knowlege of God is the right thing. Obeying God is centered on preparing our heart to go to heaven. Those who prepare their hearts for God are always unassuming givers.
A woman gave an expensive perfume to annoint the feet of Jesus and this was done through love and knowledge. ( Luke 7 : 36 – 38)
Martha seemingly had not prepared her heart for God which Christ wanted her to add to her service.
As many preoare to succeed here on esrth. some do not know God at all, so where do they end it.
Salvation should be total.
We must worry about the return of Christ, more than the worries about things of this world.
As Christ was returning to heaven , an angel stood by and told the onlookers about Christ’s return as follows :
1:10 And while they looked stedfastly toward heaven as he went up, behold, two men stood by them in white apparel;
1:11 Which also said, Ye men of Galilee, why stand ye gazing up into heaven? this same Jesus, which is taken up from you into heaven, shall so come in like manner as ye have seen him go into heaven. (Acts 1 : 10 – 11).
Many are concerned with material success and do not think about what the return of Christ means.
THOSE WHO KNOW GOD KNOW THAT CHRIST WILL RETURN.
Such knowledge is what Christ indicated for Martha. What ever you do that is good let it be controlled by the knowledge of God’s word as an essential of your salvation. When you do those things out of knowledge you will do them better all the time.
God loves cheerful givers and servers, ( 2 Cor. 9 :7), because the giving is controlled in knowledge.
Martha did not serve cheerfully and so she complained of Mary’s weakness in not doing what she did.
Let us.not rationalise from our human wisdom, but let us be guided by the Holy Ghost, who is the end time leader of believers in Christ.
THE BREAD OF LIFE.
Many ministers of the Gospel will worry to receive gifts from cathecumen, but will never give them the bread of life. This is unfair to such catechumen.
The bread of life will make givers know the depth of their sowing in Christ.
Christ gave the bread of life and also appreciated givers in Luke 6 : 8.
I do always congratulate my young people, who are doing great work in giving and teaching the people and also living a good life out of the knowledge of Christ.
They should continue for Scripture says : “their labours will not be in vain”
(1 Corinthians.. 15 : 58)
THE EPISTLES CONFIRMED CHRIST RETURN.
If we are Christians, the central cause of our joy is that Christ is coming again to take us home.
We must worry about this, whether we will be ready to be received by Him.
4:16 For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first:
4:17 Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord. (1 Thessalonians 4 : 16 – 17).
AFTER THE EXAMINATION.
All hunan beings are in the examinations room, waiting for the return of Christ for to reward the faithful. Yes you have done your best ” but will you be ready when Christ vwill come.”
Will you be like Lot’s wife who looked back to weep about friends in Sidom after she had been told not to look back?
She was also worried about property left in Sodom. In the course of this. she lost her life and remains a Pilar of salt without the things she worried about.
The matter to worry about in the exam room is whether you will pass or fail the test of God. It does not matter your denomination, what matters is God.
The matter to worry about in this life is whether we will.make heaven.or not and not the property accumulated rightly or wrongly that shall be abandoned here.
Therefore labour for the Master, while you live and wait for His Second Coming.
