Jesus stated His mission on earth in Luke 4 : 18, where He said:
“The Spirit of the Lord is upon me, because he hath anointed me to preach the gospel to the poor; he hath sent me to heal the brokenhearted, to preach deliverance to the captives, and recovering of sight to the blind, to set at liberty them that are bruised”.
He came for the following:
– annointed to preach the Gospel to the poor.
– to heal the broken hearted.
– deliverance to the captives
– recovering of sight to the blind,
– set at liberty them that are bruised.
Al these cover the needs of human beings today.
You need the Gospel, you need to be set free, if you are bound or captured by powers, in sickness , lock – down or other powers. Every man on earth has his own concern. Jesus has put your recovery on the channel.
And Jesus said:
14:12 Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that believeth on me, the works that I do shall he do also; and greater works than these shall he do; because I go unto my Father. (John 14 : 12)
Gifted men of God are available for your rescue according to what Jesus has promised.
We are empowered to do the things Jesus was annointed to do by the Father. We need to believe in Him to do the promise.
The deliverance from Jesus is complete. He promised that if He sets us free we shall be free indeed. Take this Good News to the suffering people.
He is the one who will do it. Be steadfast in the Lord. Modern medicine does not offer complete healing, but Jesus perfects your healing. Keep your faith alive in Jesus for all things are possible with God.
You have the invitation to come and enjoy the benefits of the anointing of Jesus. Thus He has given us an open cheque :
11:28 “Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.” (Matthew 11 : 28).
WE ARE WAITING FOR OUR OWN PENTECOST.
Rememember we are at the Upper Room, waiting for our own Pentecost. If you have not received yours, you can pray down heaven through this sermon.You are not to seek power underground to do this work.
Many have sought power outside of Jesus. Remember that satan’s power is powerless power. Shalom!

When the apostles were empowered, they spoke in tongues of other nations and they heard them. You can speak in Greek as God makes it possible.
Prayer :
Lord Jesus we are waiting at the Upper Room to receive our own annointing to do what you did. Bless us now, for we need this for great evangelism in Jesus name Amen.
